Maes-y-dderwen is designed for Individuals with a diagnosis of enduring mental health who may potentially gain benefit from participating in rehabilitation programmes whilst living in a community setting. We have a proven track record in the delivery of enablement services for people with enduring mental health, complex needs and behaviours that challenge.

The building has four flats, each with six bedrooms, a small lounge, diner and kitchenette area. Maes-y-dderwen follows a collaborative approach between our Nurse team and Occupational Therapy team with the aim of assessing every Individual’s (recovery) ability and developing programmes which aid their rehabilitation.

We believe that everyone is entitled to rehabilitation regardless of age, diagnosis, history and the length of time they have been in receipt of care and support. Rehabilitation provides everyone with the opportunity to engage in community living.
