I have always been passionate about helping people, which led me to pursue a career in nursing. I completed my degree in 2014 and worked as a dental nurse in Romania for a year before joining Shaw Healthcare in 2015 as an overseas nurse. Since then, I have been given incredible opportunities to grow and develop my skills. In 2020, I was promoted to Deputy Manager, and a year later, I became the Home Manager. I am committed to continuous improvement—both in myself and in the quality of care we provide to our residents and their families.
