Woodside Resource Centre
Woodside is a purpose built resource centre opened in 1983 in Ross-on-Wye. Since December 2006 Woodside has been operating as Day Care Centre, providing 15 day care places Monday to Friday. At Woodside the emphasis is on, encouraging people to regain some of the skills they may have lost through illness, social isolation or early stage dementia, and to provide an opportunity to give carers a break for the day, thus helping people to stay out of long term residential care.
