I qualified as a Mental Health Nurse in 2005. Before that, starting in 2010, I worked across Acute and PICU settings as both a staff nurse and a manager. In 2008, I transitioned to the independent sector, taking on various quality and managerial roles. During this time, I was responsible for a range of settings, including personality disorder units, PICU, forensic pathways, and social care environments such as learning disability services and nursing homes. In October 2021, I joined Shaw Healthcare as the Registered Manager at Sycamore Lodge. I am passionate about delivering excellent service and enhancing the care experience for our residents and their families. I also prioritize staff engagement and experience, believing that high-quality care is only possible with a dedicated and consistent team. I am deeply committed to patient-centered care and multidisciplinary collaboration to achieve the best outcomes for those in our care.
