Career progression with Shaw
After working in a Children’s care service for 4 years improving the Ofsted rating to Outstanding, Ross joined Cartref care home in Powys as the manager as he wanted to return to his true passion within health care.

Promotion
Following 2 years of developing the team and improving the overall quality as well as supporting the home with the introduction of new technologies and change of contracts, Ross was successful in obtaining the role of Operations Manager for 6 care homes in South Powys.
