Shaw healthcare has announced that all employees will receive an increase in their salaries from 1st April to reflect the uplift in the Real Living Wage (RLW) and for employees who the real living RLW doesn’t apply to, a £1 per increase to their hourly rate.
The pay increase represents a significant investment in our employees, the heart of Shaw. The board thanked the employees for their continued hard work and passion with the announcement.
As well as the pay increase, Shaw are awarding each employee a tax-free bonus of £100 in their April salary. This will take the amount received in tax-free bonuses for each full-time employee to £1350 since we became and employee-owned company back in 2020.
