I am a qualified first aider (24/03/2022) and I am a qualified manual handling trainer (11/03/2022), I am due to start my NVQ level 5 at the beginning of next year.

Career progression
In March 2023 Holly went to help out at another Shaw home, Abbott House, for 6 weeks. After that period Holly was asked to stay on as a Team Leader. She then progressed to the Deputy Manager position in January 2023 and 9 months later I was successful in getting the Service Manager role.

Starting in care
Holly has always had a passion to work in care and decided to change career in 2021 when she became a support worker at Lancum House in Wellingborough and it wasn’t long before she progressed to a Senior support worker.
