Deciding to work in Care
Chloe has always wanted to work in the care sector and joined Shaw in 2016 where worked at Victoria House in Kettering as a domestic assistant at the age of 16.

Career progression with Shaw
When Chloe asked if she could change her role to a support worker which she loved and soon moved to night shifts where she became a senior support worker managing a small team of 4.

Promotion
When Chloe turned 21, she applied for the position of team leader at another Shaw home, Ashfield House in Raunds and was was successfull and has been there for 2 years. Since being at Ashfield House, Chloe has achieved her NVQ level 3.

I have been working at Ashfield House for 2 years now and I love it. I manage a team of 12 on a shift and I love the challenges that I face. I enjoy helping and supporting those that live here at Ashfield House and seeing the difference I make to their day. I would highly recommend a career with Shaw. Everyone has been so supportive and encouraging with my career progression.
