Springbank this May, celebrates employee recognition and service achievements!

Martin Lane was nominated for the ‘Employee of the month’.

Although Martin is a regional worker, Springbank had to give him recognition for doing such a great job. Martin is the happiest and most flexible adaptable painter and decorator ever.

Springbank Manager, Kay Williams said 'Martin is doing work here at Springbank. He is being moved here and there, by service users and staff. Martin always answers the door, whilst still smiling and getting on with his painting. He is an absolute star.'

Martin said “ It was a lovely surprise!'

Stephan Richards was awarded the '5 years service' certificate at Springbank.

Stephan has worked at Springbank as a highly valued team member for over 5 years now, as a support and senior support worker.  Stephan is well respected and so dedicated to the service users and also his colleagues.
Recently Stephan applied for  a Team Leader post and when Stephan was asked “what Springbank means to him”, he said that Springbank as “his other home from home.  Springbank is a place he enjoys spending his time at and everyone that lives and works at Springbank are just amazing to be with.
