We've been making the most of June’s warm and sunny days here at Market Lodge.
Dave kicked off the month in style with a bold new look—a pink Mohican that turned heads and earned plenty of compliments!
Our residents have stayed active with energising sessions from G-Fitness, with boxing exercises proving especially popular. We've also enjoyed a visit to a local pub for a refreshing pint and snack—always a treat.
New books from the library have kept us entertained, offering the perfect way to relax in the sunshine. We also marked National Iced Tea Day with delicious homemade lemon iced tea—perfectly refreshing.
This week’s Games Day was packed with laughter and friendly competition, featuring golf, Frustration, table tennis, ‘Feeding Frenzy,’ and word search puzzles on our sensory board.
With National Sunglasses Day and National Bingo Day just around the corner, we’re looking forward to even more summer fun. Long may the sunshine continue!
