October has been a busy month at Ledbury Nursing Home!
We’ve had visits from local schools engaging in Halloween activities, Nursery busy bees with their lovely autumn stories and beautiful singing. Children coming in is always a favourite in this home residents look forward to it and its lovely to see the smiles on their faces both residents and children.
As winter is approaching we are getting all cosy and visiting the local coffee shop for warm hot chocolates and coffees what a treat it was!
The mop fair has been in the town and residents have had the privilege of watching right from their windows and gathering in the lounge to get the best view.
We have been working on our art at Ledbury Nursing Home, sue from art therapy has been working with residents coming up with some lovely ideas and putting it in to art, residents have made some beautiful pieces of work which we will be show casing in our art exhibition in December, very exciting!
We’ve also had the wonderful Tina's birthday who has just celebrated turning 99! A surprise party was organised for Tina and her family.
