Sarah Lees, Service Manager at Cartref Cleddau in Pembroke Dock, has been awarded Care Registered Nurse of the Year at the prestigious National Care Awards.
Recognised for her exceptional leadership, compassion, and dedication to the care sector, Sarah has made a significant impact both on her team and the individuals at Cartref Cleddau.

The National Care Awards, organised by Caring Times, celebrate excellence in the UK’s care sector. This year's ceremony, held at the Park Plaza, Westminster, was hosted by TV personality Sue Perkins.
In addition to this accolade, Sarah was recently honoured as a Queen's Nurse and will return to London later this month to officially receive her award.
