Our services for people with mental health illnesses cover the full spectrum of needs, from those who require specialised treatment and care within low secure accommodation to those who receive support and care to live independent lives in the community.

Our range of services include:

• Transition services for adults with mental health illnesses
• Nursing care for adults with acquired brain injuries
• Domiciliary outreach services for adults with mental health illnesses
• Specialist dementia care (including Alzheimer’s)
• Treatment for adults with neurological conditions including Huntington’s disease.  
• Low secure hospitals (Surehaven)

Our transition services offer opportunities for individuals to develop life skills, building self esteem and confidence as a bridge to returning to the community.

Our specialist dementia care services provide highly specialist care for people and their families in a therapeutic and supportive setting.

Our low secure Surehaven independent hospitals provide treatment and support for adults with complex psychiatric conditions. Our professional consultants and care staff work closely with forensic and general mental health commissioners, as well as with the criminal justice system, to provide care pathways, enabling individuals to positive outcomes

We are dedicated to working within the National Service Framework for Mental Health, focusing on rehabilitative treatment programmes, tailored to individual needs.
