Our transition services offer opportunities for individuals to develop life skills, building self esteem and confidence as a bridge to returning to the community.

Our specialist dementia care services provide highly specialist care for people and their families in a therapeutic and supportive setting.

Our low secure Surehaven independent hospitals provide treatment and support for adults with complex psychiatric conditions. Our professional consultants and care staff work closely with forensic and general mental health commissioners, as well as with the criminal justice system, to provide care pathways, enabling individuals achieve positive outcomes and helping them move towards a more independent life style.

We are dedicated to working within the National Service Framework for Mental Health, focusing on rehabilitative treatment programmes, tailored to individual needs.
