The family of resident George Brown nominated Sandra Kyle from Beech Close care home in Desborough for an award in the national magazine ‘Yours’.  The award recognises the hard work and dedication of care staff from nursing and residential facilities throughout the UK. The home has received two certificates one for nomination of ‘Carer of the Year’ for Sandra plus one for nomination of ‘Home of the Year’

Sandra Kyle started working at Beech Close as a Support Worker in 2005. After a year of hard work and dedication in 2006 Sandra was promoted to a Senior Support Worker.  Since March 2008 Sandra has been a team leader at the home. Sandra is married with two small boys.
