What's Involved? - You, more than anyone else in the home/hospital, directly influence the appearance, safety and attractiveness of the home/hospital. - You are the problem solver when anything goes wrong or looks wrong with the building or its fixtures, fittings and furniture. - You make the home truly homely. - In some  homes you may also be the driver or escort of the homes transport taking clients wherever they need to go.
Pay Rates Depends upon size and location of home and range of services offered in the home:  A home may have 10 beds or 90 beds.
