- Being trained to a high level of skill in meeting the very personal care needs of people.


Pay Rates

Depends upon experience, size and location of home and range of services offered in the home:  A home may have 10 beds or 90 beds.

Share Ownership

All staff working for Shaw Group companies are offered the opportunity of becoming part owners of Shaw by acquiring shares in the company after a qualifying period.

Qualifications

- A desire to work very closely with other people, both colleagues and clients.
- A passion to care for others as you would wish a member of your own family to be cared for.

Prospects

- Excellent training towards relevant NVQ 2 and 3 Awards.
