What's Involved?

- Working within a team to provide care and support services for adults with varying disabilities which aims to maximise the independence of individuals through high standards of professional practice, promotes each Service User’s independence and personal development.
- Planning, implementing and supervising the provision of quality care, in conjunction with Service Users.
- Providing home support services to elderly and disabled Clients, living in the community ensuring Service Users retain their dignity and individuality.
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment for Service Users and Staff.
- Working to principles of good practice, codes of professional conduct and professional development.


Pay Rates


These depend upon experience, size of the branch and range of services offered:

Share Ownership

Qualifications & Skills (Attained or willing to attain)

- NVQ Level 2
- Genuine interest in working with the relevant Service User group
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Leader and team player
- Full Driving License
