Branch Manager - Domiciliary
What's Involved?
- Leading and motivating a team of between 20-100 staff
- Facilitating and leading the provision of tailor-made packages of support to a wide range of Service Users in their own homes, making effective use of resources and promoting high levels of Service User involvement.
- Maintaining a secure relationship with Service Users and Stakeholders through regular contact including individual support plan reviews and assessments.
- Building a reputation for excellent care and support and building close links with the local authorities and community.
- Being a good role model for all employees, being approachable and available as well as being consistent in all actions and decisions thus creating a sustained staff base committed to service improvement, development and greater independence of all.
- Experience in Human Resource motivation and management.
- Good financial awareness and ability to manage budgets.
- Maintaining registered manager status as judged by CQC/CSSIW.

These depend upon experience, size of the branch and range of services offered:

Qualifications & Skills (Attained for willing to attain)
- NVQ Level 4 / RMA
- Genuine interest in working with the relevant Service User group
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Leader and team player
- Full Driving License
