- Developing multi-faceted therapeutic intervention programmes.
- Managing services to maintain high quality standards whilst ensuring individuals' choice and aspirations are met.
- Working in partnership with Commissioners to develop bespoke services that meet individuals' needs.
- Managing the challenge of balancing ‘Thinking outside the box’ while ensuring professional practices and individualised services are maintained.

These depends upon experience, size of the service and range of services offered:

Qualifications
- NVQ 4 /RMN /RNLD (Desirable)
- Previous experience in managing supported living services is desirable
