Our care staff are key to the success of our business. They are the front line of the services we provide whether in a registered care setting or in someone's own home the carer is the face of Shaw that the public sees.  Our carers put into practice the vision and philosophy of Shaw and can rely on support from their managers and supervisors who appreciate the importance of the work that they do.

Catering

Meals are an important aspect of life in any home and Shaw places great emphasis on the provision of varied and nutritional menus not only to reinforce the healthcare of our service users but also to enhance their day-to-day lives

Management

Home and service managers are vital to the health and happiness of both staff and service users.  They are responsible for the wellbeing of staff and residents alike and they create the atmoshperes in which their staff team can grow and develop into a strong and mutually supportive team.

Nursing

A career in nursing requires clinical knowledge and an ability to provide required treatment and care to people in their care.  Within a care home environment our nurses also bring compassion and support for the people they care for on a daily basis and with whom they develop strong and empathic relationships
